WATERTON brings you Home – The inspiration for our name, Waterton Residential, comes from the majestic beauty of Waterton Lakes National Park.  The exploration and discovery of the park is parallel to the entrepreneurial nature of our firm.  The diversity of the rugged, windswept mountains rising abruptly from the gentle prairie grassland is akin to the diversity of our communities and our residents.  And much like the park serves as a natural community and home, our apartments serve as a community and home for our residents.  WATERTON brings you home is brought to life in our signature.

The use of the compass in the Waterton logo speaks to the direction of the company and our vision to be THE leader in the multifamily industry. 

The logo also incorporates the use of the “W” of Waterton with the colors representing the 4 faces of our business.
 
The green “W” represents the mountain range of the park and the blue “W” represents the reflections of the mountains in the lakes.  The color beige represents dependability.  The foundation of teamwork and community is based on the dependability of the Waterton Residential team members and the members of our communities.  Our associates depend on each other to develop a spirit of entrepreneurship, pride, respect, and recognition.  Our residents depend on us to deliver exceptional living experience by providing a community they are proud to call home.  And the color orange, well, that’s easy!  It compels action and is a constant reminder of our service to our customers, both internal and external.
